Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support their SOA team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop training curriculum and materials using adult learning techniques
• Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with business partners to design effective training deliverables
• Develop assessment tools to measure learner competencies and curriculum effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in creating training content and curriculum
• Preferred experience in training facilitation with Medicaid and Marketplace programs
• Preferred knowledge of adult learning techniques
