Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement training programs from needs assessment to evaluation
• Provide administrative support for corporate workforce development initiatives
• Analyze course effectiveness and develop blended learning solutions using various design tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience in developing and delivering training
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator
• Minimum of four years of professional graphic design experience
• Portfolio required for qualification
