Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-Learning, instructor-led, and blended training modules for the Procurement organization
• Research and create technical training courses on topics such as Contract Negotiations and Sourcing best practices
• Collaborate with internal clients and subject matter experts to determine learning objectives and develop curricula

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience with Articulate 360 Rise and Adobe Storyline (3 years each)
• Experience with SuccessFactors (2 years)
• Ability to convert existing training materials into packaged MyLearning courses
• Experience in developing new training modules
