Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs for new and existing team members
• Provide supervision and support to new hires during onboarding and assess their performance
• Participate as a subject matter expert to support the development and implementation of new programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• 1 year of progressive experience in customer service within a call center
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
• Prior training and/or supervision experience strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively lead individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs
