A company is looking for a Training Specialist responsible for developing and delivering training programs for new hires and current employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials and maintain existing content
• Lead new hire training sessions and deliver compliance training

• College degree in Communication, Education, or a related field, or equivalent training experience
• Experience in designing and delivering training in a corporate environment
• Experience managing meetings with key stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
