Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist (Short-Term).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training courses and report on progress, issues, and areas for improvement
• Support staff with training delivery and content development, coordinating both in-person and virtual training
• Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and stay updated on trends in education technology and adult learning

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing self-administered computer-based training
• At least one (1) year of experience in a train-the-trainer model
• Proficient in operations management and training practices
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language (preferred)
