Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support and optimize information technology procurement within the Department of War.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs related to procurement tools and best practices
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor materials for diverse audiences
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, collecting feedback and revising content as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT procurement or acquisition support
• Strong understanding of procurement regulations and acquisition lifecycle processes
• Experience developing or delivering internal training materials is preferred
• Certifications such as CPTM or CFCM are desirable
