Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to manage training programs for new hires and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire training and onboarding, including curriculum creation and technical assistance
• Perform training needs assessments and develop training programs, ensuring timely completion of courses
• Manage customer site visits and coordinate with vendors on training needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of training experience in mentoring, virtual, and classroom settings
• 2 years of industry-related experience, preferably in customer service or call center roles
• Experience in creating training curriculum and instructional materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
