Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Specialist to manage training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training and onboarding, including curriculum creation and technical assistance
- Perform training needs assessments and develop training programs, ensuring timely completion of courses
- Manage customer site visits and coordinate with vendors on training needs
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 years of training experience in mentoring, virtual, and classroom settings
- 2 years of industry-related experience, preferably in customer service or call center roles
- Experience in creating training curriculum and instructional materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel
