Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of training programs related to HR policies, compliance, onboarding, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging training content and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training plans and curricula aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Track and report training completion, effectiveness, and compliance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, education, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in HR/compliance training, instructional design, or LMS administration
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance standards, and employee development practices
- Proven experience in developing training programs in a corporate or regulated environment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
