Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer I who will develop and conduct training programs for Member and Provider Service roles in contact centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses to determine specific training needs for department staff
• Identify, select, and develop appropriate training programs and aids
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, including cost and benefit analyses

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care or healthcare environment
