Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist III to develop and deliver training programs for the CDC's Overseas Business Management System project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement curriculum and content focused on system benefits for Overseas Offices and GHC headquarters staff
  • Execute IT adoption activities, including training communications and logistics for stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training objectives and materials for various training formats
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7+ years of experience in systems training and curriculum development
  • Experience in instructional design and blended learning techniques
  • Proficiency in digital tools for training delivery and collaboration
  • Prior experience in implementing ADDIE training development and Kirkpatrick learning assessment methodologies
  • Experience presenting system training to international audiences
