Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer to deliver training sessions and manage customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored product training to customers virtually and in-person
• Evaluate and innovate to improve existing training and implementation services
• Assist with the development and management of training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3+) years of experience delivering professional training
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly with self-directed initiative
• Passion for making customers successful through training experiences
• Ability to apply adult learning principles to course delivery
