Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop training programs and materials based on local teams' needs
Facilitate training delivery and maintain quality standards across training materials
Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent application of training methodologies and tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
6-8 years of experience in Instructional Design, training delivery, and/or education
Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies
Proficient with MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Familiarity with Workday Learning & Articulate 360
