Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the delivery and improvement of training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth training on operational processes to ensure consistency and adherence to standards
• Customize training programs to meet the diverse learning needs of trainees
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and address challenges they may face during integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of experience in UGC claiming with a strong understanding of related processes
• In-depth knowledge of UGC processes, especially regarding claims
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets for managing training materials
• Ability to mentor and coach individuals effectively
