Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support the Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain training materials including video walkthroughs and how-to guides
• Deliver instructor-led training sessions using Train-the-Trainer and direct delivery methods
• Coordinate with project leadership to align training products with migration and go-live plans

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
• Experience developing training materials and delivering live training sessions
• Experience translating technical processes into user-friendly instructional content
• Experience working with remote teams and customer stakeholders
