Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist who will develop and deliver onboarding and continuous improvement training content for the operations business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain functional expertise in the training of assigned content areas
• Facilitate various training programs and deliver learning opportunities to enhance organizational capability
• Track training program effectiveness and maintain records of training activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 6 years in a student service-related role
• At least 1 year of student service experience in operations, with 2 years preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of training, coaching, or student-facing quality assurance experience
• Ability to develop expert knowledge of programs and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with content management software and Salesforce is a plus
