Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support a federal client program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of training programs
• Assess training needs and develop training strategies and materials
• Deliver training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of professional experience, with at least four years in training and development
• Experience in training program design, execution, and evaluation
• Proficiency with training management systems and related tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
