Job Summary

Designing and delivering training programs, the full-time Training Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging resources that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction while working onsite in the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Design scalable training programs that align with business goals and customer outcomes
  • Develop customer onboarding programs and facilitate virtual training sessions for internal teams and customers
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to refine content
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer service, customer success, or training experience in a SaaS business
  • 2+ years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training design and delivery
  • Experience in creating accessible learning content with inclusive design practices
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
