Job Summary
Designing and delivering training programs, the full-time Training Specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging resources that enhance product adoption and customer satisfaction while working onsite in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable training programs that align with business goals and customer outcomes
- Develop customer onboarding programs and facilitate virtual training sessions for internal teams and customers
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to refine content
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of customer service, customer success, or training experience in a SaaS business
- 2+ years of experience creating and delivering training, onboarding, or certification programs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training design and delivery
- Experience in creating accessible learning content with inclusive design practices
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
