Job Summary

Overseeing training activities for the Federal Grants system, the full-time remote Training Specialist will coordinate team efforts, develop training materials, and facilitate training sessions for both internal and external users.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs for Grants users
• Develop and update training materials, ensuring alignment with system updates
• Facilitate training sessions in various formats to meet user needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in developing and delivering training programs for federal systems or IT platforms
• 2-4 years of training experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
