Job Summary

To support the development of a best-in-class customer experience, the remote Training Specialist will manage the creation and execution of training curricula for the Client Contact Center, including instructor-led training modules and assessments, while collaborating with operational teams to enhance training materials and strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Organizes and executes all facets of the Contact Center training curriculum, including instructor-led training and eLearning assets
  • Facilitates training programs and workshops, leveraging existing and new resources for the Contact Center and supporting teams
  • Maintains program participation and assessment results, reporting on effectiveness and suggesting improvements to the training strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least five years of progressive training experience; utility experience preferred
  • Proven ability to create and facilitate technical and operational training programs for both classroom and e-learning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of industry-leading training methods, platforms, and learning management systems, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to develop creative solutions based on input from diverse stakeholders in a technical environment
