Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support a large financial services client, the remote contract Training Specialist will design and deliver impactful training programs focused on cybersecurity awareness and behavior change, managing the entire process from content evaluation to effectiveness measurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing training content and align it to business priorities
• Design and build training modules and structured learning content
• Measure training effectiveness through surveys, analysis, and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 1-10 years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a related field
• Experience supporting cybersecurity awareness or behavior-based training programs
• Strong background in learning design and behavior change strategies
• Ability to align training initiatives to business goals and risk outcomes
• Experience evaluating content and measuring training effectiveness
