Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a financial services organization, the long-term contract Training Specialist will design and deliver engaging learning programs, translating complex operational systems into practical training for employees in both virtual and occasional onsite settings.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in project discussions to gain knowledge of business systems and processes
• Create training materials and job aids that align with organizational standards
• Facilitate live training sessions and organize training schedules for diverse audiences

Required qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in training or instructional delivery
• Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Adobe editing tools
• Experience in designing training materials and leading live instruction
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality instructional materials
• Background in financial services training is preferred
