Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support client training initiatives, the remote Contractor Training Specialist will manage client relationships, deliver effective training solutions, and ensure compliance with industry standards while working on a project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and expectations to ensure high satisfaction and obtain additional business
• Analyze training needs and design appropriate solutions, delivering training through various formats
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and compliance with quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• 2+ years of experience in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Strong project management experience with skills in scope management and work planning
• Intermediate to expert experience in e-learning development using tools like Captivate or Articulate
• Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines is a plus
