Job Summary

To enhance customer service operations, the remote Training Specialist will develop and execute training curricula for the Client Contact Center, focusing on creating and improving training resources while collaborating with various teams to ensure program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities
  • Organizes and executes all facets of the Contact Center training curriculum, including instructor-led training and eLearning assets
  • Facilitates training programs and workshops, leveraging existing resources and collaborating with operational teams to address training gaps
  • Maintains program participation metrics and assessment results, driving continuous improvements to the training strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or at least five years of progressive training experience, preferably in a utility environment
  • Proven ability to create and facilitate technical and operational training programs for both classroom and e-learning
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry-leading training methods and proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
  • Ability to absorb information from diverse stakeholders and develop practical training solutions in a technical environment
