Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support nonprofits in adopting AI technology, the remote contract Training Specialist will lead the development of training content focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, produce instructional videos, and advise on responsible AI adoption strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality skilling content, including courses and workshops for diverse audiences
• Produce engaging instructional videos from concept through to publishing to enhance training reach
• Advise nonprofit partners on AI adoption strategies, including change management and governance frameworks

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design, including building courses and scalable learning assets
• Demonstrated expertise in video production, with a portfolio of published instructional materials
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its applications in modern work productivity
• Deep understanding of the nonprofit sector and how mission-driven organizations operate
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
