Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance public health training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Specialist will develop and deliver AI training curricula, conduct needs assessments, and evaluate training effectiveness while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI training curricula, workshops, and job aids supporting AI/ML and data analytics workflows
• Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to identify training gaps and define user-focused learning outcomes
• Create and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and asynchronous training modules while evaluating their effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI training development or instructional delivery
• Experience with developing technical training for data, analytics, or AI/ML platforms
• Experience designing instructor-led and virtual training solutions
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or client-required suitability determination
