Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a federal public health client, the full-time Training Specialist will design, develop, and deliver user-centered training materials while providing technical assistance and promoting user adoption of public health systems and tools remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop training materials, curricula, job aids, and user guides to support program staff and stakeholders
• Deliver training sessions and provide technical assistance, ensuring effective user support and engagement
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on stakeholder feedback and needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in training, instructional design, or public health support
• Experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce user-centered materials under deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint or similar collaboration tools
