Training Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of State, the part-time Training Specialist will deliver virtual training on the DevResults monitoring platform, providing instruction and technical assistance to INL implementers to ensure accurate data input and improve system adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual DevResults trainings to INL implementers on system navigation and report submission processes
• Provide tailored coaching and troubleshooting support to users post-training
• Assist in scheduling sessions, communicating with implementers, and distributing training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Full professional proficiency in English, particularly in performance monitoring and data-related discussions
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, or a related field
• Five to nine years of relevant work experience, with five to eight years in the field of expertise required by INL
• Ability to maintain an MRPT clearance
• Experience in DME, M&E, Program Analysis, or Performance Monitoring, or recent retirement from these fields within the last five years
