Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Operations and Revenue Cycle Management teams, the full-time remote Training Specialist will develop training materials, coordinate onboarding, and enhance employee learning experiences across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and workflow gaps
• Develop and organize training materials, job aids, and onboarding resources
• Support training on revenue cycle workflows and operational procedures

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, instructional support, or healthcare administration
• Experience developing and presenting training materials and employee learning tools
• Healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience
