Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance employee success, the full-time remote Training Specialist will deliver engaging training programs, facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions, and collaborate on training materials while ensuring a high-quality learning experience for new hires and current employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality, interactive training programs primarily in a virtual setting using adult learning principles
• Prepare and coach internal trainers and subject matter experts to ensure consistent and effective training delivery
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials as needed and provide mentoring to other training specialists

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in an operations/arbitration or training role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Ability to build rapport with employees across all levels
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
