Training Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing product knowledge for customers and internal teams, the full-time remote Training Specialist will implement educational solutions, develop training materials, and conduct training sessions on software functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain instructional materials in various formats to assist learning
• Lead virtual training sessions and conduct onboarding for Training/LMS Specialists
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of training programs and improve existing curricula

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of training and curriculum development experience
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible learning content
• 2+ years of experience within the clinical research industry or medical field
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, medical, or information technology
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools like Camtasia and Audiate
