Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of new hires and tenured staff, the full-time Associate Training Specialist will design, implement, and facilitate training programs while maintaining hands-on involvement in operational activities and collaborating with management to enhance training resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical, procedural, product, and case management training to new and current employees in both group and individual settings
• Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring they align with regulatory and organizational requirements
• Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needs and continuously improve training programs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in training or related fields
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with virtual collaboration or facilitation tools is a plus
• Previous experience in case management or annuities is a plus
