Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance the capabilities of the Operations department, the full-time Training Specialist will develop training programs, conduct various training sessions, and create instructional materials in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule sessions
• Develop and maintain training programs, materials, and documentation for orientation and on-the-job training
• Monitor and evaluate onboarding training for new employees and assess training effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Preferred degree in HR, education/training, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as a trainer in classroom and remote environments
• Experience with managing a Learning Management System
• Proficiency in creating training support materials and documentation
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
