Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Specialist will develop, facilitate, and coordinate formal training programs for the Account Services and Control Accounting teams, while managing training materials and tracking associate certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality training materials and programs, including presentations and e-learning modules
• Leads the training program for Account Services and Control Accounting, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Evaluates training effectiveness and provides insights for continuous improvement based on feedback and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in communication, accounting, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in Mutual Funds processing with a background in training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Advanced technical skills for delivering effective virtual training sessions
• Strong understanding of online learning resources and training development best practices
