Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of independent contractors and staff, the full-time remote Loss Control Training Specialist will manage new hire orientation, ongoing education, and track progress through training programs while collaborating with various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide orientation and education to new field and internal personnel through courses, educational videos, and one-on-one sessions
• Monitor training operations to identify opportunities for service expansion and process improvement
• Coach and mentor field personnel and internal staff while regularly reporting progress against established goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance
• Three years of experience in the insurance inspection industry or a related field preferred
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving business goals and meeting deadlines
• Strong leadership and training development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and develop action plans
