Training Specialist

Job Summary

To support large-scale training and change initiatives in the public health domain, the full-time remote Training Specialist will drive organizational readiness, modernize learning experiences, and ensure effective adoption of new processes and technologies through curriculum design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze proposed changes and develop comprehensive learning solutions to support rollout and long-term adoption
• Build scalable training programs tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring accessibility and measurable effectiveness
• Collaborate with technologists, systems experts, and program leadership to assess workflows and identify training needs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing and managing learning curricula and training initiatives
• Experience delivering large-scale training in various modalities, including microlearning and in-person facilitation
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead mentoring efforts
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with authoring tools like Adobe Creative Cloud
• Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
