Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance training initiatives for the Account Services and Control Accounting teams, the full-time Training Specialist, Transfer Agency will develop, facilitate, and coordinate formal training programs while managing the creation and delivery of training materials in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and delivers high-quality training materials and programs, including presentations and e-learning modules
• Leads the training program for Account Services and Control Accounting, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Evaluates training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in communication, accounting, or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in Mutual Funds processing with training experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Advanced technical skills for effective virtual training sessions
• Strong client service skills and the ability to build intercompany relationships
