Job Summary
To support capacity-building initiatives in Afghanistan, the full-time remote Training Specialist - Afghan Context will design and deliver tailored digital security training and mentorship programs, focusing on gender-sensitive approaches for women-led civil society organizations.
Key responsibilities
- Understand stakeholders' needs and translate them into technical requirements for training and mentorship products
- Design, tailor, and deliver digital security training and OSINT modules to participants online
- Assist with the organization of online events, including training modules and mentorship workshops
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in ICT, project management, gender studies, or a related field
- Demonstrable understanding of digital security principles and OSINT-driven investigations
- Experience working with women or women-led organizations in the Afghan context
- Knowledge of Afghan history, culture, and politics
- Proficiency in languages and dialects spoken in Afghanistan, such as Dari and Pashto, preferred
