Training Specialist and Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist / Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, develop, implement, and assess training programs and services
• Design and refine digital presentations and training materials in alignment with brand guidelines
• Analyze course effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, instructional design, business, or equivalent experience
• Seven or more years of experience in developing and/or delivering training
• Minimum four years of professional graphic design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign and Illustrator
• Portfolio required for qualification
