A company is looking for a Training & Instructional Design Specialist, Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs to employees on various topics, including job-specific skills and compliance
• Analyze internal training needs and develop training materials, including objectives and content
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the quality and accuracy of training materials

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Learning, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a trainer role within a financial institution
• At least 5 years' experience in Instructional Design, Training, or a similar role
• Proficiency with learning tools and methodologies for innovative training solutions
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning theories
