Training Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Training Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs, develop training materials, and facilitate training
• Provide training, guidance, and leadership for new training specialists
• Manage trainees and communicate effectively with area management on trainee performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or appropriate combination of a 2-year degree plus 2 years training and 3 years related work experience or 2 years training plus 5 years insurance or related work experience
• Preferred Education Level and Degree Type: Bachelor's degree - Education, Journalism, English, or Public Speaking
• Preferred Licenses and Certificates: DDI Master Trainer, Langevin, or ASTD certification
• 1-year experience developing training programs using online training authoring software
• 3 years of job-related work experience, including 2 years' training experience plus 1 year of insurance-related work experience
