Training Specialist - Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist / Instructional Designer to support enterprise technology and business operations in a public sector environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver role-based training programs for ERP and financial systems
• Develop accessibility-compliant training content from concept through deployment
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training materials and curricula

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing training programs for ERP systems
• 8+ years creating accessibility-compliant learning content
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools/platforms
• 4+ years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
