Training Specialist Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to identify training needs and develop training curriculum for employees
• Utilizes Subject Matter Experts to create and maintain instructional materials related to Customer Service/Insurance Recovery activities
• Facilitates training sessions and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs based on established criteria

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Five (5) years of experience in the training field
• One (1) year of curriculum development experience
• Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with leadership responsibilities
• Excellent documentation skills
