Training Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues during training sessions
• Monitor and maintain the health of course labs during training
• Troubleshoot and resolve lab environment problems in collaboration with the Lab Engineering team

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Working knowledge of query languages and REST APIs
• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably mid-career
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation
