Training Team Lead

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the remote Training Team Lead will manage the development and execution of onboarding programs for new hires and current staff, ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires, including creating itineraries and facilitating performance assessments
• Develop and execute role-specific training plans, deliver refresher training, and support process updates and workflow enhancements
• Track performance and readiness of new hires and existing staff, collaborating with managers to address any identified gaps

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in designing or supporting onboarding or training programs, preferably in operations, BPO, or healthcare SaaS environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify process changes for frontline staff
• Familiarity with payor enrollment applications and processes
• Experience in building and maintaining training materials and documentation
• Proficiency in GSuite tools, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Gmail
