Key responsibilities
- Act as an internal consultant by providing technical advice and consultation to management and stakeholders
- Develop and evaluate training needs and delivery methods to ensure effective training solutions
- Lead and assess the performance of the technical training and curriculum development staff across multiple campuses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience
- Two years of experience in technical training or procedures development programs
- Two years of experience in customer service, contact center, or operations
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Experience in a fast-paced training environment
