Training Team Leader

Job Summary

To support the NIH IT Technology Training Program, the full-time remote Training Team Leader will manage training activities, coordinate the delivery of technical courses, and develop learning content to enhance user proficiency in various technologies.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate training activities for NIH staff, ensuring alignment with operational priorities and service improvement goals
• Develop and deliver training materials that cater to users with varying levels of technical proficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to promote effective use of IT tools and support continuous improvement of the training program

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field; MBA/Master's preferred
• Strong experience leading technical training programs or structured technology education efforts
• Ability to design and deliver training for diverse user skill levels
• Experience in developing training materials and learning strategies that align with organizational goals
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
