Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate (Due Diligence) to join their team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, and risk management
  • Manage multiple due diligence projects for various clients
  • Develop reports, perform complex analyses, and present findings to clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit, Attest, or Transaction Advisory practice
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience serving business owners and private equity groups
  • Proficiency in project management and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • CPA or equivalent certification preferred
