Transaction Advisory Senior Associate

Job Summary

To support client growth through acquisitions, the full-time salaried Transaction Advisory Senior Associate will conduct financial due diligence, assist in preparing financial models and presentations, and standardize processes, with the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid setting, or in-office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct company-specific financial due diligence for clients pursuing acquisitions
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and materials for presentations supporting deals
• Interact with clients to explain identified accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services
• Ability to analyze complex accounting and operational topics
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in building a professional network in transaction advisory or private equity
