Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Advisory Senior Associate (Due Diligence) to join their team remotely in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring alternatives, and risk minimization
  • Manage multiple projects related to due diligence and consulting for various clients
  • Develop detailed reports, perform complex analyses, and present findings to clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related business degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Audit, Attest or Transaction Advisory practice
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience serving business owners, private equity groups, and family offices
  • Experience in project management and ability to interact confidently with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
